If #Trauma is not metabolized or transformed it is often transmitted to others. Now supporting orgs in #COVID19 - TIS early adopter orgs were well-positioned at start of #pandemic - redeployments common & stressful #healing approach needed, acknowledgment of staff 🔑/FIN
