I had a 2 days training with some volunteers last week on Emotional Intelligence & I shared the 5 key elements of EI by Daniel Goleman, an American psychologist.
1. SELF AWARENESS: Being self aware will help you to better understand your strengths and weaknesses. This will also help you to know how your emotions can affect the people around you.
2. SELF REGULATION: You are in control of your emotions.

Self regulations don’t compromise value. And stop blaming others when things go wrong, learn to admit to your mistakes.
3. MOTIVATION: Self motivate yourself or be your own motivation. Understand why you do what you do and consistently work to achieve it.👇
