This order, issued today by a judge who is the son of a very conservative state senator, is a doozy and applies to so many of ridiculous cases filed by Trump and down-ballot Repubs here. So scathing and don't forget this candidate is a lawyer.
The order says it all so well. 1/
"The evidence supporting Plaintiff’s claims do not come close to meeting that heavy burden. Plaintiff’s allegations are largely based on declarations and newspaper articles."
Declarations and newspaper articles!
Sums up the post-election case for these geniuses.
2/
"The Court would necessarily need to disregard those declarations as inadmissible hearsay...finds that Plaintiff has offered no evidence sufficient to find any error on the part of either Clark County or Registrar Gloria that would warrant granting the relief sought here."
3/
"Plaintiffs have put forth no evidence that any discrepancies in Senate District 6 would affect the
outcome of the election given that the margin was 631 votes."
You don't say!
But, surely, tomorrow they will have enough to overturn a 34K-vote Biden victory.
What a farce.

As the hearing begins on the latest Trump legal challenge, the state GOP, with Assemblyman @Wheeler4Nevada leading the way, held a #StopTheSteaI rally in front of the courthouse in carson City. Take a look at this Mensa convention.
@Wheeler4Nevada Here is the livestream of the court hearing on the Trump challenge to the election:
Follow @RileySnyder for live-tweets of this hearing.
Actually, some of your colleagues -- @Wheeler4Nevada, for example -- actually are echoing these election fraud claims, which are incredibly damaging, and Assembly lackeys such as @GlenforNevada and @AndyMatthewsNV are worried about "election security."
History will remember.
Ah, I missed this story while I was on vacation:
Asked Friday if he believes Nevada’s elections were fair, Sen. Ben Kieckhefer, R-Reno, said, “I do.”
Finally: Last votes from Clark County are in. As I thought, very slightly favored Trump, but not nearly enough for him:
Biden: 702,277 (50.07%)
Trump: 669,278 (47.65%)
Biden wins Nevada by 32,999 votes, or 2.42 points.
Biden won Clark by just under 10 points. The Clark Dem firewall held, again. It was just over 90K and Biden won Clark by 91K. Republicans did not get super-high rural turnout they needed, and even if they had, Biden won Washoe by 11K.
His win here very closely mirrored Clinton's.
That last update flipped a Dem state Senate seat, so Dems lose one off their majority in the upper house. They already had lost their supermajority in the Assembly. Only bright spot for GOP is legislative races. They are still in minority, but made gains in Senate/Assembly.
Trump sycophant Lindsey Graham under the withering gaze of "FOX&Friends" mangled name of our state as he lied (starts at 4:50):
"The election is not over by the way. Someone needs to look at Nevada. The lawsuits in Nevada are very promising."
No. They are not. All dismissed.
1/
The election is not over! Really, senator? Biden is up by 37,000 votes here and even Sheldon Adelson's paper says the fraud claims are nonsense.
He then claims the signature verification machine "was basically turned off."
Are you kidding me?
Pathetic and outrageous.
2/
"They accepted every signature whether it was fraudulent or not. They may win that lawsuit."
Graham is a lawyer. What he is saying is patently false.
Let me remind you again what Sheldon Adelson says: It's over!
First Sheldon Adelson's paper had that huge "Biden Wins" headline. Today, it has a brutal editorial telling Trump he lost:"(Trump) does a disservice to his more rabid supporters by insisting that he would have won the Nov. 3 election absent voter fraud. That’s simply false." 1/
"There is no evidence, however, that fraud cost Mr. Trump the election, no matter how much the president tweets the opposite and his supporters wish it so...He would remain well behind Mr. Biden in NV even if unverified GOP claims of thousands of illegal votes were dropped..."
2/
"...rhetoric from Trump surrogates alleging widespread illegal activity has been devoid of detailed evidence supporting the charge that there was a concerted effort to 'steal' the election through corruption."
3/
"(Trump supporters) have used the state’s mailed ballots and a few allegations of fraud to claim that widespread voting impropriety helped tilt Nevada's election...But a review of available facts and cases found few, if any, irregularities that could have swayed the results." 1/
This piece, by Adelson's lead investigative reporter, is devastating to the Trump cause here.
Once you've lost Sheldon...
Story methodically debunks all of the nonsense (except maybe for the Biden-Harris van full of fraudsters!) put forth by Trump, Laxalt, Grenell et. al.
2/
"...Trump campaign officials, including state campaign co-chair and former Nevada Attorney General Adam Laxalt, have not returned calls and emails and repeatedly have refused to provide detailed information that would allow Review-Journal reporters to verify or debunk.."
Sad!
