@RileySnyder So far, Team Trump lawyer Binnall has not been sensational or compelling in any way and instead quite...banal, tbh.

Binnall is literally producing no evidence (I suppose there is a lot of stuff in the depos), just a bunch of statements and loony conspiracy theories about well-respected Clark Registrar Joe Gloria.

It's really embarrassing. No smoking gun. This isn't even a water pistol.

"In the dead of night votes reappear and votes disappear."

I mean: Really?

So their case is "whistleblowers" who saw Gloria with a Biden pen (no chance this happened) and saw votes disappearing and appearing?

This is like an unfunny Monty Python segment.

The Dem lawyer should just use his time after this performance to say three words: "The defense rests"

And now we again hear about the Biden-Harris van with multiple ballots being filled out by folks inside and then bringing in handfuls of ballots.

Many people have pointed out how loony this is. But if you WERE going to do it, wouldn't you use an unmarked van?

Judge Russell made key point that even if Team Trump's "evidence" was really evidence of fraud, nowhere in their reams of depositions and anonymous whistleblowers is any evidence that this cost Trump the election here. None, despite all of the bold, evidence-free claims.

Frankly, I saw a Republican with a Trump scisssors cut the line.

Dem atty Hamilton makes outrageous argument that to overturn an election you have to have evidence, "not tweets or social media bluster."

Seems a crazy standard, no?

This is like a complicated game of Clue: Did Joe Gloria reprogram the signature-verification machine inside the Biden-Harris van using a Joe Biden pen?

I think I've solved it, folks.

Hamilton is debunking the "evidence" that people living out of state are fraudulent voters. Previously been pointed out that many are military families. Then points out how ludicrous it is to claim that thosuands would have voted twice. No data file matching on any of this.

"This is trial by allegation, not proof."

Hamilton distills.

Hamilton essentially says there is no room where the fraud happened.

Trump lawyer Binall: "The evidence we put forward is breathtaking. There is no other word for it."

Agreed.

Hearing over. Sounds like decision coming tomorrow.

There is a near-zero chance judge rules for Trump based on "evidence" provided and a near-zero chance an appeal to NV Supreme Court would yield any change.

Caution: I am better at predicting elections than court decisions!
