13 Common Diet Mistakes (UNF**K YOUR DIET!)

1. Only Fasting Occasionally

Huge mistake.

10% body fat doesn't come from fasting when you feel like it. It comes from consistency/dedication to the process.

You've got to make it a lifestyle.

Ask yourself:

"Why do I feel the urge to NOT fast on some days??"
2. Bread

Bread simply makes it harder to lose fat, fuels carb addictions, damages your stomach lining, and spikes your insulin.

Bad news all round.

3. Sweeteners

Also spike your insulin, often quite badly. High insulin = FUTURE disease.

Also terrible for sweet cravings.
4. Insufficient Anti-Oxidants

Anti-Oxidants are going to save you from future problems from cancers, heart disease etc.

They're critical & most people just don't get enough.

5. Overlooking Green Tea

It's not as powerful as black coffee for fat loss.

But for health, de-toxing, and stable blood sugar levels?

Green tea WINS.

It also doesn't come with the acidity that coffee can do.

6. Insufficient EFA's

Essential fats = TESTOSTERONE on a diet.

Most men are losing fat, but they're also screwing up their hormones.
7. Diet Soda

LOADS of you are messing up on this one.

It's potentially useful for some people when it comes to fat loss, but it's a BAD idea when it comes to health.

You're absolutely increasing your risk of cancer if you're drinking diet soda every day.
8. Believing That 10% Body Fat Is 'Unhealthy'

- Most NFL players would disagree
- Most NBA stars would disagree
- Most footballers would disagree
- Most fitness models would disagree

Have fun being 30% body fat & swimming in estrogen!
Now, here's where there may be some confusion:

KILLING yourself in order to GET TO 10% bf, is absolutely not healthy, and it's not something I teach.

I teach hormonally healthy, psychologically healthy dieting.

BEING 10% body fat is FAR healthier than BEING 25%.
9. Ignoring Electrolytes

Potentially lethal in men who take dieting to the extremes (yes I've seen this).

You NEED a healthy electrolyte balance so that your heart functions properly.

F***ed up electrolytes = f***ed up heart.

Your risk goes up if your diet SUCKS.
10. Believing Fructose Is Evil

Fructose is not the same as a packet of sweets, just like processed ham and sausages are not the same as grass fed bison.

Fructose = Post workout recovery when used properly.

11. Insufficient B12

Big problem for vegans, and can lead to...
+Depression
+Loss of mental abilities
+Disturbed vision
+Long term heart problems

12. Lack Of Anti-Inflammatories

Extended Fasting helps with a lot of this.

But you still need to have these in your meals when you ARE eating.

Things like turmeric PROTECT you against illness.
13. Poor Supplementation

You're missing out on testosterone gains, reduced cortisol, improved sleep, and higher energy levels by doing this.

Supplements are NOT for bodybuilding.

Supplements ARE for health.
