The new public health order that allows the #NHLjets to operate and train also allows the Manitoba Moose to operate and train.
No one, other than media, will be allowed to watch training and practices, under the order.
Individual or single-household-family "Skating, toboganning, skiing, snowmobiling and ice fishing" is expressly allowed.
If you're not in the same household, two-metre distancing is required. And you can't do any of these things in groups of more than five.
That said, "hockey and ringette players may practice individual skills and engage in casual play" on outdoor rinks.
No formal practices or games allowed.

Warmup shacks for all sports are not allowed.

You can only go into an ice-fishing shack with a member of your household.
I can see some confusion here, as the city is not allowing hockey or ringette on its outdoor rinks.
Here's the order, if anyone is interested.
