2) Think that was a typo? No. They literally quarantined all contacts and even used a “new 9-story building” for accommodations. Plus used hospital contingency funds and Hanoi city funds for food and necessities.

4) Meanwhile, because Vietnam fought so hard to contain epidemic, they refused Trump WH’s delegation’s flight crews to stay in Vietnam. They forced flight crew to overnight outside Vietnam. And of course multiple members of WH’e flight crew tests #COVID19 positive days later.
