Suntory: "While we would like to refrain from commenting on what has been stated on a website of another company, Suntory recognizes as its basic principle the importance of upholding human rights as a member of society, which is stated in our human rights policy."

The actual Human Rights Policy of Suntory Group, signed by its President and CEO in 2019. Rather a latecomer, but this came as a result of the company finally becoming a registered company by the establishment of holding company. suntory.com/csr/activity/h…

DHC, CLEANSING OIL THAT FUELS HATE. DHC IS THE ENEMY OF HUMANITY. FIGHT SEXISM, RACISM, ANTI SEMITISM AND HISTORICAL REVISIONISM. Petition from yeard ago. Now we have more reason to #BoycottDHC because they don’t CHANGE! chng.it/Py9HkDXT#EnoughIsEnough
So why don’t we #BuyFANCL and #BuySuntory to help boost their sales vis-a-vis the racist hate-monger company like #DHC? Let's take a sweep against them so we can EAT THEIR SHARES UP and EMPOWER the more PROGRESSIVE companies like FANCL and Suntory ranking 2nd and 4th currently?
#StopRacismInJapan CEO of Japan’s cosmetics giant #DHC mocks its health food rival #Suntory in a public statement for using Korean-Japanese figures in their ads saying they’re ridiculed as Chontory on the internet. Full problem statement with translation. top.dhc.co.jp/contents/other…
Looking at DHC’s own website, what might be the best course of action would be NOT ONLLY to #BoycottDHC but #BuyFANCL@FANCL_Official which ranks second in the ranking. Since DHC has the audacity to show this off. We should see the face of the CEO when the share drops to 10%.
#StopRacism CEO of Japan’s #DHC mocks its rival company #Suntory in a public statement for using Korean figures in their ads saying they’re ridiculed as “Chontory” on the internet. ‘Chon’ is a derogatory term for Koreans. Imagine this statement being released this year, in 2020.
“Chon” is derogatory term for Koreans living in Japan (‘zainichi’ Koreans) but is considered an all-encompassing term to denigrate ALL Koreans (and is used as such). You can say DHC took the risk to lose the Korean market. All Koreans are entitled to boycott DHC for this outrage.
Translation: “Somehow, the personalities used in Suntory’s ads are almost all Korean-Japanese. For this reason, they appear to be ridiculed on the internet as Chontory. DHC [on the other hand,] is a pure Japanese company including all personalities who are all Japanese.”

Japan’s age of #sexualconsent is 13. THIRTEEN. It’s been so for hundred years. Do you think a 13-year-old can make informed judgment when it comes to sex? If not, sign the petition to protect their rights: Raise age of consent in Japan! chng.it/jm52KtKG via @change_jp
This outdated law has been favored by the perpetrators rather than their victims. Because of this statute, a boy or girl not reaching puberty yet is considered to have the ‘ability’ to say no to adult perpetrators of physically resist them if they are willing to. Well, can they?
Most probably no because the adult has power over them, especially if the victim like them. The adult can easily abuse this and take advantage. What protection is there for these low-teens? When they’re raped, they’d be considered to have the ‘ability’ to resist. Can they?
