If you've already used your WC/FH then you're probably struggling to decide on a chip strategy to deal with GWs 18+19
If you have all you chips then the obvious* strategy is:
WC - GW16
FH - GW18
BB - GW19
*(this might not be an obvious strategy if GW1/11 Blanks move to GW18/19)
You'll be able to make a more informed decision on chip strategy if you're aware of what kind of Blank and Double GW schedule is likely the second half of the season.
This isn't going to be a normal end to the season; we're not guaranteed big Double Gameweek in GW37.
After GW19, postponements will be caused by:
EFL Cup Final in GW26
FA Cup QFs in GW29
FA Cup SFs in GW32
FA Cup Final in GW37
Most* postponements will move to the free midweeks in:
GW26
GW32
GW37
*one or two postponements will probably have to move to a UCL midweek
So Gameweek 29 is the only guaranteed Blank GW after GW18.
GW29 clashes with the FA Cup QFs.
The FA Cup QFs have caused either 5 or 6 Blank fixtures in each of the last 5 seasons.
Here are the GW29 fixtures:
The postponements caused by the EFL Cup Final, FA Cup SFs and FA Cup Final probably won't become Blank fixtures as they can move to the free midweeks immediately after each of those cup rounds.
But that doesn't leave an obvious Gameweek to move the GW29 Blanks to.
The GW29 Blanks will be decided in the midweek before the GW24 deadline.
The sensible place to move the GW29 Blanks to would be the midweek after GW26, but that would only be possible if neither side is involved in a GW26 postponement that has already been moved to that midweek.
E.g.
Man Utd reach the EFL Cup Final so CHE vs MUN is rescheduled from the weekend of GW26 to the midweek in GW26.
Then Man Utd and Chelsea reach the FA Cup QFs so CRY vs MUN and LIV vs CHE become Blank fixtures in GW29, but neither Blank can move to the midweek in GW26.
GW26 is likely to be the only sizeable Double GW in the 2nd half of the season.
The number of extra fixtures in DGW26 will mostly be determined by how many Blanks are caused by the FA Cup QFs in GW29 and how many of those Blanks will be able to move to the free midweek in GW26.
A Blank from GW1 or GW11 might possibly be moved to DGW26, but most if not all of the rescheduled fixtures in GW26 will be announced after the FA Cup 5th Rd in GW24.
So you'll have more time to prepare for BGW29 than DGW26.

I might consider saving my FH for DGW26 if both GW1 Blanks are moved to GW 18/19.
Later this evening, I'll try and predict what the Blank and Double GW schedule might look like if the bookies favourites were to reach the FA Cup QFs/SF/Final & EFL Cup Final.
I did this exercise earlier and made a predicted schedule which had 7 Blank fixtures in GW29 due to all the favourites reaching the FA Cup QFs, which caused a big DGW in GW26
The next predicted schedule I make will have 5 Blank fixtures in GW29 as that's the most common outcome.
Here's how many Blank fixtures the FA Cup QFs have caused in each of the last five seasons:
6 in 19/20
5 in 18/19
6 in 17/18
6 in 16/17
5 in 15/16
If you've already used your first WC then it's worth saving your FT this week if you can.
They might be waiting to see what happens in the EFL Cup QFs next week, and then if Man Utd win their QF at Everton they would be under more pressure to move BUR vs MUN to Jan 13th (GW18).
I'm not exactly sure what the deal is with the winter break/split midweek.
The TV contract might dictate that Sky and BT get to show every game in the split midweek in a unique timeslot, which would block BUR vs MUN from moving to Jan 13th.
I don't think BUR vs MUN can be moved to 6pm on Jan 14th because WHU vs BUR is on Jan 16th and WHU vs WBA is on Jan 19th (teams need two rest days between fixtures)
The chip strategy I'm following is:
WC1 - GW16
FH - BGW18
BB - DGW19
TC - saving it for another DGW
WC2 - planning on using it to rebuild my team after BGW29
Here's the FPL schedule up to GW29 (which clashes with the FA Cup QFs):
I think the strategy I'm following is best if you still have all your chips (although you may want to WC before GW16 if you're unhappy with your current team).
But there's no one-size-fits-all strategy for people who have already used their Wildcard or Free Hit.
One possible strategy for navigating GW18/19 if you've already used your 1st WC is:
WC2 in GW17
FH in GW18
BB in GW19
The big downside to this strategy is that you'd have no team-changing chip (FH/WC) left to help navigate BGWs and DGWs later in the season.
Here's the updated GW 16-22 schedule after the PL announced which fixtures have been moved from BGW18 to DGW19.
The schedule might change again:
There's space for the GW 1+11 Blanks to move to GW18/19, and they could also move to GW17 if neither side reaches the EFL Cup QFs.
It might be the case that they're unwilling to move a postponement to GW 18/19 because they want to let all 20 teams have a mini winter break
One the other hand, they might want to reschedule the GW 1/11 Blanks as soon as possible and are waiting to see if GW17 will be free.
Looking at the TV schedule, I think it's more likely that none of the GW 1/11 Blanks will be moved to GW 18/19 as they'd clash with the current fixtures and the contract that the TV companies signed means they get all 10 fixtures at unique kick-off times in the split Gameweek
If you WC before the GW 18/19 fixtures are announced then you might chose to use your 2nd Wildcard in GW17 and Free Hit in GW18 - but then you'd have to navigate the final 3rd of the season without a team-changing chip (WC/FH).
In a normal season, you'd want to have both FH and WC available to help navigate the Blanks and Doubles in the final third of the season, but this isn't a normal season.
GW29 will likely be the only big BGW in the final third of the season and we may not get a big DGW after GW19
