5) It has also been confirmed through documentation that the toxicology report from NATO chemical warfare experts was obfuscated in the Final OPCW Report. The toxicologists confirmed that the victims found in Douma had not been killed by chlorine gas, as alleged. @Tim_Hayward_ 
6) The procedural and scientific flaws are transparent and now Jose Bustani and Noam Chomsky have made clear public statements requesting accountability and transparency at the OPCW, primarily by allowing all of the Douma FFM inspection team to be heard.
7) As was the case with the fraudulent 2003 Iraq invasion, the independence of the @opcw has been corrupted by countries pursuing a regime-change policy. As Professor Sachs has pointed out, this policy has led to vast loss of life: @SenatorMcDowell
