There’s no grievances to air.

To air a grievance implies it hasn’t already been made known.

The complaints have been spoken, repeatedly. The problem isn’t that they aren’t being spoken. It’s that they aren’t being listened to.

This is not an age of heroes.

This is not an age of legends.

There does not exist a desire to engage in acts of valor and endurance. The concept of true valor and endurance does not exist, it is not conceivable anymore.

There are no secret plans. There are no last minute hopes. There is no superhuman everyman to swoop in and avert disaster.

The damage is already being done. All that can happen is stemming the bleeding.

This is not a black pill. This is a simple acknowledgement that no one of the caliber of the founding fathers exists. That even if they did the mechanisms in place prevent and stymie their efforts. That the names we’ve had preached at us for literal years now have come to nothing

I’m going to drink bourbon. Eat christmas dinners. Balance company books.

Then I’m going to rediscover the spirit of heroism.

I shall improve body and mind. Yeah, I like the work of @bronzeagemantis and I think that he has a point. An age of chaos is near.

The conservative movement in its current existence is a hollow facsimile of a movement with no true identity or purpose besides failure.

It gives way to authoritarians and controlling ideologies.

The snapback will now be even more vicious than before.

This is what I await.
