“20M vaccinated by end december across america” is not a schedule, and if you don’t have a more dialed in schedule than that it betrays you don’t actually have a plan
it’s not a plan because if you *don’t* hit 20M by end of december the first question should be “well where did we miss”. without localized targets how do you even answer the question let alone adjust to compensate?
your average first year MBA could cobble SOMETHING together in excel that’s at least initiates a basic benchmarking system. do they not even have THAT tool
like, what you want to be able to do is say wow we missed our targets in northeast oklahoma by 63%, what is going on there?
are the targets just wrong? ok let’s recalibrate. do they not have the infrastructure? ok let’s direct resources or funding. did they just reject the initiative? alright let’s see how we can increase messaging. but if you don’t have a target? and a date? what are you even doing
how do you want the states to do a goddamn thing if you aren’t supplying them with targeted goals? sure, let the states select their priorities but HOW DO THEY RATIONALLY DO THAT WITHOUT A SCHEDULE TO PLAN TO
