There have been few greater threats to our Constitution than Donald Trump.

This is despicable. This is criminal. This is impeachable.

Sorry, your man DJT got caught trying to get a state official to commit fraud for him.

Exactly what you've been pretending the Democrats did.

While I'm watching the results from Georgia roll in, I'm doing prep for live tweeting tomorrow. I have found some amazing videos that I will share, but here is a little taste!

(I will start live tweeting at 11 CST tomorrow, Join the discussion!!!)

You know what other theories are "untested?"

That the earth is flat, that the Loch Ness monster is real, that Al Gore could've declared himself supreme leader.

Do you think Republicans are being triggered by all these vote spikes in the Georgia election?

Hi! You've been referred here because you saw the proof that evidence WAS seen by Judges, but still claimed that they "weren't dismissed on merit".

Here is what the Judge's said about the "merit" of those cases! Hint: it isn't pretty.

🧵THREAD🧵1/
If you haven't already read the original thread, start with that one which proves EVIDENCE was heard

The new thread will show that the Judges also had opinions on the "merits" of the case. The cases will be in the same order.

2/

Bowyer v. Ducey (Sidney Powell's case in Arizona)

Plaintiff "must show they are likely to succeed on the merits"

"Plaintiffs simply cannot establish they have a likelihood of success on their claims

Jenna is out here literally making things up in the Constitution. The Constitution has never been interpreted as allowing the VP to do anything but open envelopes.

Until they needed the Constitution to say something it doesnt.
So I'm thinking about the reply to Jenna's next tweet, should it be:

Hey Jenna,

I'm still waiting

And I'm still waiting

And I'm still waiting.

So, I think I'm going to sum up my thoughts on the #TrumpTapes in a quick thread. I'm not going to go into their legality, I think other people will cover that better than I can.

Thoughts on the Trump tapes

🧵THREAD🧵
I think this is a good thing, Trump is showing himself as he is.

It's painful to watch, it feels like our Democracy is on a knife's edge.

But our Constitution is strong, it's weathered tougher storms than Trump's tantrums.

2/
I know that many family members and friends who have supported him in the past are seeing what he is. Many of them have told me that they cannot stand his post election behavior, and that was before these tapes.

Forgot to link it: washingtonpost.com/video/politics…

It starts with introductions
Trump starts out by saying his rally sizes prove he won.

And he is saying that there are "hundreds of thousands of ballots that weren't counted"

Figured I would do a thread on my top ten favorite reads of 2020!

It would be interesting to see who else has read these. So in no particular order:
The Boys in the Boat
By Daniel James Brown

Really incredible story that takes you back to the pre war era of the 1930s
Into the Fire
By Greg Hurwitz

It's Jason Bourne + James Bond, except better than either! I'm not a big Spy Thriller fan, but the Orphan X series is a a lot of fun
