Freddie Mercury rolling in his fucking grave
Also, you lost asshole, you're not a champion.

Conservatives playing gay anthems is just a weird thing that does not go away. Now on to Macho Man.
This is not a huge crowd.
If I followed that mouth drivel correctly, he says that when the press stops covering him, its evidence of communism
"I like Mike Pence. But if he doesn't come through for us, I'm not going to like him so much."
Trump neglects to point out that Karen Handle then went on to loose to @lucymcbath_
Now turning on Kemp and Raffensperger
"I don't do rallies for other people. I do them for me."

fact-check: true
Trump talking about betraying military families---when he vetoed the Defense appropriations act.

Then goes on to renaming bases.
"I've been involved in two of the biggest scams in history."
He notably toned down the anti-immigrant stuff his last month on the trail, but it's back. Nothing but "caravans" and "putting MS-13 gang members into your children's schools."
Leads crowd in booing Supreme Court for not overturning the election.

"They say sir, you don't have standing."
Again says he doesn't like to do rallies for other people.
Fair number of people in crowd wearing masks, which good but might imply reality beginning to set in, even among super fans.
Trump says that Ossof will vote for the Green New Deal and then....buildings will be ripped down b/c their windows are too big?

Sounds like a very specific real estate grudge
Calling Loeffler to the stage, who pledges to object to the Electoral College vote. Then fawns all over Trump.
Trump gave her maybe 45 seconds at the podium.
Trump then calls QAnon and new Georgia Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene to podium.

Bet she gets more time than Loeffler.
Shouts out to Lindsey Graham and Mike Lee. Says he's mad at Lee, who I presume will not vote to "audit" the Electoral College certification.
Trump shows love to Loeffler's husband. Must be looking for investors.
Trump praises DJTjr and Kimberly, but really showers the love on Ivanka, brings her to podium. Those sibling dynamics are so fucked.
Hawley and Cruz get the shoutouts they've been pandering for...
Trump says he "paid a lot of money to a lot of people" who came up with the disinformation about voter fraud cases he's citing now.
crowd looks bored
I honestly can't follow what he's talking about. Need an advanced degree in Fox.
Trump says Hilliary wishes...Democrats would have done what he's doing. Crowd starts chanting "Lock her up."
He's just spewing fake facts about various voter issues in many states. Imagine if he put this amount of study into leading country through a pandemic.
Trump now bragging that he beat Biden by a mile for "most admired man"

which is b/c Obama and Biden split among liberals...

This is illegal, immoral, but also Trump seems incredibly unteathered to reality, even the reality that he and his cronies have constructed washingtonpost.com/politics/trump…
Here is some of the audio. My god. Also congrats to @BenSasse @HurdOnTheHill and the others who are now alarmed at the kind of illegal pressure he is applying to the GOP, but who looked the other way when he did the same to President of Ukraine washingtonpost.com/video/politics…
And once again I want to note that Mark Meadows is bolstering Trump’s worst acts and impulses

Since manifesting trust across all demographic groups is essential to a successful vaccination campaign, I hope Biden camp will figure out ways to have COVID-responsible Republicans like Romney be a visible part of the communications/logistics push.
Romney's idea of using birthdays plus tiers as the way to organize vaccinations is interesting, reminiscent of how gas was rationed in the Carter era, by odd/even license plate numbers.
The idea of calling up retired doctors/nurses, plus EMTs, former medics, vets—basically anyone who's ever used a syringe—would have the knock-on effect of restoring/manifesting community trust, both within and across demographic groups.

1/ Like most non-profits, a big chunk of @MotherJones revenues come from year-end donations, when people are thinking about what they can give (and deduct). Some are unable to give this year, which makes us more reliant on those who can. Maybe you? secure.motherjones.com/flex/mj/key/7L…
2/ Here, @MonikaBauerlein makes a great pitch about all the great work we do, and how important reader-supported journalism is. But I'd like to add another reason to give: Because Facebook is destroying democracy and targeting MoJo in particular:
3/ You know that Facebook is:
✅pushing disinformation
✅robbing media of revenue
✅promoting far-right "news" sites.
But did you know that they're ACTIVELY taking steps to suppress @MotherJones content IN PARTICULAR? motherjones.com/media/2020/10/…

"I was laid off in August—I’d been working at Golden Gate Park, for Rec and Parks. And it looks like I’m going to run out of unemployment soon. The city is saying they have a deficit of millions of dollars, so these jobs are not going to open again."
"I had a job of 12 years, doing basic office work for a big accounting firm downtown...Then I got the dreaded Zoom call....They give a good amount of food. It was heavy —and I was in the Marines.I wasn’t embarrassed. It’s easy not to be embarrassed when you have a mask on"
