2) One paramedic in London told the Independent: "Patients desperately requiring ambulances aren’t getting them and, anecdotally, people are deteriorating and dying whilst waiting."
3) Another man waited for 3 hours for ambulance. Got in a taxi... had a cardiac arrest during his taxi ride. Pretty serious.
