We report 7,979 B.1.1.7 sequences from 28 countries on GISAID, as of today including the Lebanon (1).

We also report 386 B.1.351/ 501Y.V2 sequences on GISAID from 8 countries, including as of today from Botswana (6), France (2) and Sweden (1). @houzhou @Tuliodna @ArnoldTumedi

We also show updated reports and sequence counts of B.1.1.7 for countries with more than 5,000 flight passengers leaving London in October. 45 reports of B.1.1.7 included from across the globe. @MOUGK @viralverity @EvolveDotZoo

We also report travel data from South Africa in October for countries with more than 300 flight passengers. A total of 13 countries reporting B.1.351/ 501Y.V2. @Tuliodna @houzhou @MOUGK
