Via @OpenSecretsDC, it looks like BCBSA donated ~$8.2M total this cycle; @rachanadixit says it went 2:1 GOP, so that's ~$5.5M.
Not massive $, and not all of it went to the ~130 seditionists, but symbolically huge & hopefully the start of a larger corporate cut-off movement.

In addition, of course, the significance re. healthcare policy is even bigger. A significant number of Dems support *banning* private insurance outright in favor of M4All, while the GOP is trying to strike down the #ACA even as I type this, so...
For anyone surprised that large, private corporate lobbying groups would do this: As anyone who saw The Godfather Part II remembers, while overthrowing the government in favor of an autocratic dictatorship is good for some types of businesses, it's not so good for lots of others.
