Most of what I write isn't understood by most of the people who read it.

That's fine. I don't actually like most of the people who read my stuff. They're reactionary in the most reflexive and knee jerk sense, they're stubborn in ignorance, and they're far too trusting.

This isn't for them.

I can't even say who this is for because I don't know who's going to understand what I'm writing, and if they do then it would be unlikely and unwise of them to respond saying they do. That's fine. I think I truly understand where Thomas is coming from now. I'm doing this for me.

Society has given me a great gift, you see. This great gift is simple, in that they've taught me what I need to do to spite society as a whole.

Exist.

By existing, by refusing to conform in thought and belief to everyone around me, I spite society, I spit in its eye, I thumb my nose at the leviathan.

And it can't do anything to me.

It is so powerless, it can't even ban me from Twitter. Imagine that! I rendered it powerless!

And you can too, in THREE EASY STEPS!

Step 1) No names.

Your name is your identity. Your name gives you form. To have a name is to have a target painted on you, to have something that can be torn down and destroyed about you. Those without names cannot be seriously maligned, because their existence is ephemeral.

Step 2) No movements.

Movements have forms, have identities, have purposes that all exist above you and out of your control. So long as they're out of your control, anyone can then associate themselves with you by virtue of the movement.

Think about it; from now on, whenever someone says 'I'm conservative' or 'I'm maga', they're put side by side with a pelt wearing glassy-eyed imbecile coming down from a 10 hour LSD trip on the floor of congress. What good does being in a movement or group do you? It is weakness.

Step 3) No heroes. I've failed in this before which is why I know how important it is. Heroes have names. They have identities which are out of their own control. Heroes inevitably disappoint. Heroes will fail you. Heroes will be destroyed by having deed and word assigned to them

The superior man has no need of name, or movements, or of heroes.

He doesn't need recognition.

He doesn't need a movement to attach himself to.

And he doesn't need heroes to look up to, for he is himself superior.

A friend of mine, he asks me, 'how am I superior? I've failed to get a masters in history, I've spent 10 years on an unpublished book, I've spent 5 years on a tabletop roleplay system.'

He forgets what should have been obvious. Diplomas, books? How do those make you superior?

He forgets one evening, where we sat down, the two of us in a room full of unexceptionals. He and I engaged in a simulation, a thought experiment, a wargame.

There was a city invaded. I defended, he invaded. My goal was to inflict pain, not hold territory. His was to remove me.

I dug in. I planted booby traps. I set ambushes. I made collapsing walls, mazes, blind spots, sniper positions, I made the city into a deathtrap understanding there would be nothing left but rubble, I told him come and take it from me, because you'll pay for every inch in blood.

He in turn though, and figured out how to defeat me. He took smaller groups, ever more small and elite, and treated the city like a body, and his soldiers like a virus. Small enough to be ignored, weak enough that it wasn't worth triggering traps and ambushes against.

The traps and ambushes, they were meant for larger prey, the larger units that would have to move in to seize the territory, where the most blood would be spilled.

Those small elite units, they then turned and tore the defenders apart, they infiltrated deep and tore them out.

4 years later, ISIS holds a city in Syria. The arab armies coming to liberate the city have to take it from them. ISIS didn't care about holding the city, they wanted to turn it into a bloodbath.

And so, elite units infiltrated ahead of the main army and tore ISIS out.

My friend and I, years before ISIS was a thing, wargamed out how to beat their deadliest strategy. We didn't need maps or dice or systems, we simply needed to understand, and we had this discussion in front of those unable to grasp that they witnessed Patton and Lee having a talk

My friend, in writing his book and designing his game, had gone back and studied celtic mythology, he had to translate original texts and now has a passing familiarity with several ancient dialects and a deep understanding of lore. Most people think celtic is a basketball team.

I tell my friend this, and I tell him, that we have to play the game. We have to do what is necessary to be in a society. But ONLY what is necessary. And in exchange, we must extract every bit of petty vengeance against that society to remind it that we exist.

Let the masses worship millionaire athletes kneeling to honor the memory of a child rapist or arsonist or murderer or whoever the fuck gets shot while tripping balls on 10 pounds of meth while waving his dick at a cop. They can't understand the joy of being a superior man.

We exist in a society designed to beat us down. When we refuse to stop glowing, to stop existing, we win.

"The value of your life is how much it costs others to take it. Be expensive."

You don't know who said that, and you're never going to know who said that.

But those who understand it don't need to know who said it. They also don't need explained what it means to be expensive.

I write this, and people will call me arrogant. They'll tell me that I'm being entitled, that I'm wrong to proclaim myself superior.
