We saw a version of this play out last year with sub-par PPE deliveries. I’d imagine the basic reaction to Sinovac’s apparent underperformance won’t be charitable—especially for countries that made big bets.
FWIW.
That’s the thing: after all the whining about how the US needs to “compete”, the US can and is competing—just so happens to be a result of necessity vs. planning
Biden could have a PEPFAR-grade foreign policy win (without a shred of doubt the best thing the Bush administration ever did)

There’s confirmation of a parade, at least.
Still no footage/pictures.
Beginning to think that the -15º C conditions could have resulted in the parade failing to meet standards. Still early and we might yet see edited footage released.
