At the last minute, they notify it won’t be here until Tuesday.
Guessing they couldn’t find a truck, but they knew that days ago.
You have to wonder about @Carvana’s generally competency, and their motivation, in this notification. Does this extend to other parts of their business. #TheNewWayToBuyCar still has significant impairments of the old way to buy a car
What else did they dissemble about? Will we find significant undisclosed damage to the car? It’s #unsettling at best, and cast doubts about the whole of the frictionless @Carvana purchase process
One of the interesting things about this @Carvana immediately wants you to sign a new purchase agreement, after vitiating the previous one. Would love to hear from others with dubious customer experiences with @Carvana#TheNewWayToBuyCar
