HOME WORKOUTS WITHOUT EQUIPMENT 💪💪💪

(A thread for guys working out from home):
THE CHAIR PUSH UPS

This is actually a great exercise.

And all you need is two chairs.

*Make sure you really lower yourself to stretch the pecs properly.

*Weighted bagpacks can be added for progressive overload and faster gains.
I'm going to keep adding to this thread over the next few days or so.

Feel free to retweet it so that people can continue to get fitter, despite what happens with lockdowns.
SUITCASE ROWS

All you need is two suitcases (or large bags).

Fill them up with some heavy stuff, equally weighted, and you're good to go.

*Pause at the top of the movement, for better activation of the rhomboids and lower traps.

*Supinated grip for bicep emphasis.
CHAIR SQUATS

All you need is a chair (or stool in this case).

You want to pick something low enough, so that you can hit parallel (enough depth).

*Use a heavy bag pack for additional weight/progressive overload
WEIGHTED PLANKS

These are my favourite all time ab exercises - you can do them from anywhere.

*Add plenty of weight to the bagpack.

*Try and do them for more time, each time you do them. 1 minute. 2 minutes. 5 minutes (brutal).
WALKING LUNGES

(Ideally with the zips closed on the bagpack).

*Amazing exercise for your quads and glutes

*Try and pause at the bottom

*Ideally these would be done outside for the extra space, but the weather was terrible as per usual in England

BURNING STUBBORN BELLY FAT

(A Thread)
Stubborn belly fat can be 'stubborn' for a variety of reasons.

- Your genetics
- Your calories aren't low enough
- Your hormones suck
- Your metabolism has dropped too much

A calorie deficit WILL eliminate this eventually, but often it's not realistic.

Let's get into this...
1. Your Calories

You may just be eating too much food.

If you're 160 pounds, yet you're averaging 2500 calories on most days while not doing any cardio, then it's just too much food.

There's nothing wrong with you, you just need to eat nutrient-dense, calorie-sparse foods.

13 Common Diet Mistakes (UNF**K YOUR DIET!)

1. Only Fasting Occasionally

Huge mistake.

10% body fat doesn't come from fasting when you feel like it. It comes from consistency/dedication to the process.

You've got to make it a lifestyle.

Ask yourself:

"Why do I feel the urge to NOT fast on some days??"
2. Bread

Bread simply makes it harder to lose fat, fuels carb addictions, damages your stomach lining, and spikes your insulin.

Bad news all round.

3. Sweeteners

Also spike your insulin, often quite badly. High insulin = FUTURE disease.

Also terrible for sweet cravings.

99% of people fail to lose weight not because of some hormonal problem.

It's not their thyroid.

Or growth hormone.

Or even low testosterone.

99% of the time, it's because they can't control their appetite.

And by the way...
This is the EXACT same principle for 'hardgainers'.

Guys, you don't have some genetic issue, or some inherent problem with gaining muscle.

You just fail to get the right amount of food for your goals.

If you can control appetite, you can control the results.

How To Look 10+ Years Younger Than Your Current Age

Factor #1) Vitamins & Hydration

This is going to be one of the biggest factors for keeping your skin looking healthy and youthful, assuming you don't smoke.

If you do, STOP smoking.

If not, focus on vitamin C, D, E & K, and get at least 2L of water per day.

Vitamin C is particularly powerful when it comes to reducing the appearance of dryness, wrinkles, and damaged skin.
