Don't look for startup ideas, look for problems to solve that you have or observe very well.
2/6
Only your UNIQUE experiences can help you observe or experience different problems. Everybody's experiences are different. Don't solve the same ones everyone else is trying to solve.
3/6
Novelty is nice, but saturated. Your story and experiences will connect you with the right problems.
4/6
If you have the problem you are solving, at least you know it exists. Go and see if others have the same problem. People need to have a sense of urgency to pay for something that causes them pain. People dont pay for every pain point they have.

Paul Graham
"When you have an idea for a startup, ask yourself: who wants this right now? Who wants this so much that they'll use it even when it's a crappy version one made by a two-person startup they've never heard of? If you can't answer that, the idea is probably bad."
6/6
Trends and attractive problems are most likely being solved by big companies already. Look for problems with a niche audience and vertical that is not satisfied by the bigger market. What does that gap look like?

➡️After feedback from @josberco@MichaelJNovotny@atsaotsao@felix12777 I decided to pre-launch and validate with a hard test. Its the only way to know if this if this is valuable to others. You can only validate so much without shipping.
