~ NCSC State office - Hyd already filed a suo moto case and it is progressing.
~ Various social activists already took Kiran case to @India_NHRC
~ There is a petition also sent to #President Secretariat.
Various activists brought it to the kind consideration of #NHRC #NCSC about the injustice happened to Kiran and Kiran Family. They are working as per their guidelines to ensure justice to Kiran Kumar and his family.
G.V. Harshakumar from @INCIndia @INC_Andhra
filed a Writ PIL in the honorable high court of Andhra Pradesh in the month of Sep 19th 2020. Currently it is under processing and next hearing is on February 2nd 2021.
Last but not least ~ On January 11 2021 Yericharla Kiran Kumar family members gave a representation at NCSC State Office ~ Hyderabad and requested to do justice. Image

Two incidents which were happened in this week are really disturbing to see how hospitals are looting money in the name of Covid-19 treatment.

These hospitals are holding dead body and asking patient families to pay the bill amount then take the dead body. #HumanRights
