Are Man Utd recent wins as a result of Individual brilliance from Paul Pogba or coached & tactics?

Fulham 1 vs. 2 Man Utd — Tactics #MUFC
Much has been made of the wins against Burnley, Wolves, Fulham as United are winning games narrowly with "Individual Brilliance". They are not dominating games. "Scrappy wins", if you will, and said this form will not be sustainable. #MUFC
Let's look at the Fulham game:

United usually buildup in 2 different shapes/patterns:
1. 244(424) or
2. 3-1 shape where one of 2 CMs drop as a 3rd CB to create a 3v2 superiority v the opposition 1st line.

424 shape come from #mufc transitioning quick as mentioned in my threads prev. when #mufc are out of possession their defensive shape 442.

This is not the best ex.👇Sorry
United's shape in the final phase of attack is 235. Luke Shaw is an inverted Winger as AWB stays wide on the other side while Pogba sits in the right half space.

The positioning of the players was great all game.
United use their FBs asymmetrically meaning 1 FB stays up and 1 FB stay back depending on where the ball is. Here in AWB's case, he's the inverted FB and while Shaw is the FB that pushed up.

These are clear tactical and coaching instructions. #MUFC
This is why both FBs were not running forward all the time. #MUFC don't rely on their FBs to create, this is why they have Fernandes and Pogba. United's FBs main priority is to maintain shape and width and contribute occasionally with crosses/assists when they get the chance.
As the ball comes to the right-hand side AWB pushes up. Pogba takes the right half-space so he can dictates from that area.

The spacing between the players where great and they all maintained position. This pushed Fulham deeper and deeper. #MUFC
Pogba was positioned in the right-half space; an area that can be utilized with dangerous crosses and helps dictate the game from deep in the half space. Technical players such as Pogba and KDB excel in the half space because of their vision and range passing and accuracy. #MUFC
The goal Paul scored was out of this world. The technical ability needed to control a ball in tight areas with your 1st touch, cut in, position & open your body and take a shot with such accuracy on your left foot, is very high. #MUFC
PP was able to do this though because of where he was told to position himself & his role to hold the right half space. He had multiple tasks:

1. Dictate.
2. Progress.
3. Create.
4. Push up &shoot if possible.
5. Help AWB progress by providing him right angles for passing. #MUFC
Ole was very clever in his use of Paul's abilities as we have seen him perform multiple roles:

1. Left or right of a pivot as DLP.
2. Double pivot Left CAM
3. False Winger.
4. Left of a diamond.

#MUFC
The goal was a piece of brilliance but it needed the correct setup & positioning to manifest or have the chance to. This comes with good coaching & positioning.

You don't win games just by "Individual Brilliance" unless you have a player that can go through 4-5 players alone.
The only negative I have @utdarena has already said:

We need to create more as our forwards are not clinical at this moment. This will remove the need for a special goal.

#MUFC
Conclusion: It is not one or the other. You need individual brilliance + a plan to help that individual brilliance come to the fore. This why you need Quality players. You put them in the right place and they find the creative solution.

End. #MUFC

Man Utd 2 vs 1 Aston Villa — Tactics #MUNAVL #MUFC
One paper, it looked like United lined up in a 4231 however that was not the case on the pitch. OGS always like to use a hybrid of 2-3 formations in the different phases of the game. United in this case used 4-2-2-2 in possession which, in the final phase became a 4-2-4. #MUFC
Pogba was used wide left and Fernandes wide right as a 10 double pivot but the wide forwards. It is difficult to call Martial and Rashford STs in this game as the move wide a lot ( Hybrid Wingers/Wide forwards) & interchanged with Pogan and Fernandes. You'll see below. #MUFC

Leicester City 2 vs 2 Man Utd — Tactics #MUFC
LEI buildup in 2422. United pressed - High block - them in 4321 with Martial pressing the CBs while Bruno press the CM ball nearside. The wingers pressed the fullback(s) ball nearside. Fred would move out to press the other CM if needed or to cover for a winger. #MUFC
In mid block, United went into their 442 defensive shape. They still pressed the CBs in 4411, where Fernandes pressed the RCB on ball and Martial covered the LCM as One W pressed the FB and the other covers the RCM.

Man Utd 6 - 2 Leeds Utd — Tactics. #MUFC #MUNLEE
#MUFC buildup from the back only when possible in 2422 while #LUFC tried to press 4141. #MUFC anticipated high-intensity press, so at GKs #mufc setup positions as to play short but DDG instead went long, forcing #LUFC to apply their press over a significantly increased area...
, and ensuring that the 1st & 2nd contacts came near the halfway line. The larger spaces that existed, the bigger the space that is freed up for AM9, MR10 and DJ21 to attack their opponents 1v1. #MUFC

West Ham United 1 vs 3 Manchester United. A tale of two halves. #MUFC
United buildup with double pivot staying central and the 2 FBs pushup to form a 2422/2431. Martial and VdB would drop and try to be available to receive the ball if United can't progress centrally. #MUFC
WHU buildup in 343 shape from the 451 or 3421 (depends on how you see it). Fornals and Bowen positioned in the half spaces looked to make runs into the spaces left by United FBs - especially Telles. #MUFC

Southampton vs. Man Utd. Tactics. #SOU #MUFC
#SOU:
- In possession: 3422. McCarthy as the 3rd man in buildup.
- 442 Out of possession. (defensive play)
- In #mufc's 1/2: 334.
One of #SOU tactics was to overload the ballnear side flank with Walcott and Armstrong tucking in while Walker-Peters run into the space vacated as VdB and Telles push narrow to compensate. Vice-versa with Djenepo on the left of #SOU. #MUFC

Tactics + Attacking Structure of Man Utd vs. West Brom & Man Utd vs. IBFK. #MUFC
Man Utd buildup patterns for near box and middle third are 343 and 3232. When Matic drops between the CBs, Bruno drops to form a pivot with Fred and help the buildup. If AWB drops in the back 3, Mata drops to help. #MUFC
Man Utd pushed WBA push back into their deep block and as such Fred pushed even further. The formation looked like 316 at times. This to pressure the WBA back line. However, #MUFC become even more susceptible to counters.
