Most importantly, in its latest guidance @WHO is reminding labs to be aware that PCR cycle threshold (Ct) is key. It means, how far you go with chasing traces of SARS-CoV-2. A viral fragment doesn't mean much indeed, in terms of public health and medicine. who.int/news/item/20-0…
