Mr Assange is back in the dock and we await Judge Vanessa Baraitser
Court rises as judge enters.
Prosecution have indicated they will be appealing today's judgment that #Assange not be extradited.
Defence wish to make an application for bail on Wednesday.

This is agreed, the hearing will be Westminister magistrates court.
