01.31.21 GETTING THROUGH THE STRUGGLES OF HUMAN EXISTENCE. Hello, my old and new friends. It's been important to me, since the time we began talking a year ago, to be entirely transparent with you in letting you know I have all the same issues you do in life.

I'm struggling in my own human life with many problems that can be so overwhelming, and no doubt, almost all of you are, too. I am trying to deal with family discord as to how to deal with my elderly father, and his progressing Alzheimer's. What a challenge for us all!

I want to reach out to all of you who are dealing with the many problems associated with Third Density, human existence, and let you know you aren't alone. One of the ways we serve is to assist others with these physical challenges in their lives, as well as other issues.

I know so many of you want to make a big difference in changing what is going on here on this planet. That's why it's so tempting to get into strange theories that present distorted pictures of life--because it helps us feel like we are doing more than we can actually do.

I, perhaps like many of you, am trying to keep reminding myself that I signed up for these problems and this path of service with my family members, agreed to help the soul who is my father in this life in his own growth and struggle with Alzheimer's. This is how I serve him.

It is so hard, though, and I know that. Perhaps many of you share my experience of disagreement with other family members, of trying to figure out what is best. The discord these problems create are one of our biggest challenges to work through, and I struggle as you do.

It is always intended that our service be largely on a one-to-one basis, with our most important influence being among the ones we may feel like running away from, at times. We are with the ones we agreed to serve. And I know, sometimes we'd like to reconsider that here.

I don't have any prophetic advice for you today, other than to just let you know that my heart is with you all, all of you who are struggling are not alone, and that you are loved and appreciated for what you agreed to come and do here on planet Earth.

Third Density is really the most difficult step in consciousness. Humanity has not yet developed the skills of higher consciousness that make it easier to deal with physical problems, or to receive healing that would end those physical and mental health issues.

And we are here with them, operating at that same level of consciousness, as is required when we come to serve in a different level of consciousness than we have in our place of origin.

I also feel a lot from some of you who feel like you aren't doing enough to serve, that you are somehow physically, financially, or psychologically without resources in order to do what you hoped to do. I know that is heartbreaking. I want you to know you are still doing enough.

Just by being here, you are anchoring higher dimension energy to the planet. That is enough, if you are never able to do another thing in your life. You are doing what you came to do. If you can do more, it is a bonus.

Again, your soul group, gestalt, or oversoul knows where you are and how you serve. They are always available to help you now if you call on them during your meditation with your Higher Self. You are never alone, ever.

And all of the angelic gestalts are represented here now, as they always have been to a lesser degree, in service to you, to stand with you in these difficult human struggles. Together, we can all get through this.
