Week 31 of my #HumanityFitness journey has begun.

Started with an early morning walk in the rain.

#Deadlift day. Higher volume and variety: sumo + single leg.

Biceps also got some work in too. Feeling strong!

Ate a Reuben for lunch with fries then did a quick mile w/ Zwift ImageImageImage
