2. Once listed the US affiliated members would be immediately subject to the full toolkit available under #FISA that defines "foreign power" to include "a group engaged in international terrorism" or activities in preparation therefor" 50 USC § 1801(a)(4).

1. If the @SenateGOP think that simply turning blind eyes to Trump's high crimes will make them go away they're likely to be disappointed. First, if they fail to convict & ban Trump from future political office, IMO it's likely Trump & members are indicted soon after the verdict.
2. The members who are most likely to be charged with Trump are @HawleyMO and @SenTedCruz. I expect that the @FBIWFO already has their electronic communications with Trump and his conspirators related to the attack on the Capitol.

Second, members who voted to overthrow election
2. are also likely targets of the grand jury including @SenHydeSmith @ScottforFlorida @CynthiaMLummis @RogerMarshallMD @TTuberville @SenJohnKennedy.

Third, a group of at-risk GOP in 2016 cycle are likely to be exposed for their receipt of Kremlin money in that cycle combined

1. I think it was 1982 when I sold the @NFL on staying in Honolulu for the #ProBowl. I had lunch with the three hall of fame inductees who made up the committee tasked with the decision. I pitched that they can take their families anywhere on the mainland but Waikiki was special.
2. Plus unspoken was the fact that for the most part, Hawaii is free from the kind of endemic racism that was common in 1982. Mixed ethnicity couples were common in Hawaii. Not so much on the Mainland back then. For single players it was a wonderland.

1. If baffles me that with so many attorneys on Twitter none spot the issue. Trump's entire team quits ten days before one of the historic trials of all time. That only happens under one circumstance that I know. DC applies version of the ABA Model rules of Professional Conduct.
2. Rule 1.16 Declining or Terminating Representation is the starting point in the analysis.
3. Rule 1.16 comment makes withawal mandatory as follows:

1. My best analysis on situation in Syria. Terrorist forces backed by Turkey, Iran, Assad Regime, DPRK and Daesh have joined forces to test @JoeBiden's resolve and move to complete the betrayal of our Syrian allies begun under Erdogan's business associate Donald Trump.

1. Oath Keepers conspiracy indictment filed in DC on 1/27 alleges proof going back to November 3, 2020, that establishes a conspiracy to simply interfere with the vote in Congress. The crime gets up to 20 years in prison.
2. This is the allegation. IMO every member of @HouseGOP and @SenateGOP who voted to support after the attack can be charged. But how many who knew of the plan and didn't report it?
3. At a minimum they have committed misprision of felony and perhaps a misprision of treason.

Think GOP members used a computer or a cell phone that once had proof of agreement on it? Who thinks there's a cloud back up file somewhere
