These are my favorite free SEO tools 🔍

1⃣ Google Tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, Ads KW Planner)
2⃣ ahrefs and semrush
3⃣ Ubersuggest
4⃣ Yoast and Rank Math

A bit more about these and how they can help you 👇
1⃣ Google Tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, Ads KW Planner)

This is by far my favorite free toolset.

Google is the most popular search engine.

Getting your data right from the source is the most beneficial way to develop an SEO strategy.
2⃣ ahrefs and semrush (free versions)

These are the most powerful SEO tools on the market.

The best part is that there is a free version that can be used to analyze and audit a website.

Implementing the recommended suggestions can go a long way in improving your SEO results.

Interested in how search keywords work?

Here are some key considerations if you want to rank for certain keywords.

🧵 Image
Keywords (KWs) are what users search for when they use search engines.

If you are trying to get ranked on Google, utilizing correct keywords is critical when creating new content.

All content I create for my website starts with keyword research.
Start with tools like ubersuggest and @semrush and review what your competitors are ranking for.

Then target similar keywords with lower difficulty scores.

There is no magic number, but the more organic keywords you can get with your content, the better.

A 🧵

1⃣ A strong call to action

A lot of sites start with:
Hi, I am so and so and im a Dev

Their first thought will be, "good for you" LOL

You need to focus on value and how you'll solve a business problem.
Lead them to your portfolio and/or a way to contact you easily
2⃣ Focus on results and value

Focus on results and how you solved business problems

You're not trying to impress your dev friends, you're trying to win clients, generate leads, or land that first dev job
