I've just finished listening to this audio book, The Origin and Evolution of Earth, by #RobertMHazen. It was so good, I've immediately started listening to it again from the beginning. 
To give you an idea of just how fast science is progressing, in 2013, when this series of lectures was given, it wasn't yet known that large amounts of many heavier elements, including gold, are created when two neutron stars collide.

To say that the (audio)book is good hardly does it justice. It had a profound effect on me, really deepening my understanding of reality, of the world & the universe, strengthening my sense of wonder & awe of what must surely be the product of "intelligent design".
I put "intelligent design" in quotation marks, because I use it as an atheist, i.e someone who does not believe in the Abrahamic, or any other, God, or in the moral authority of sacred scripture, or of those who base their own authority on it.
