Reasonable disagreements totally possible on the question of how well the grid should be protected from unusual weather, but the turbine thing does not seem to be the problem.
The thing about Tucker Carlson is that he is entirely unconcerned with whether he gives his audience accurate information, like the question doesn't enter his head for a second as he's putting together and doing his show. Most dishonest person in media.
