Reasons you're getting bad open rates

THREAD
1. You don't have proper records on your domain.

You need SPF, DKIM, and DMARC.

Adding Google Workspace to your domain automatically adds SPF and DKIM.

Adding DMARC is a simple TXT record

Just like this 👇
2. You haven't warmed up your domain.

You need to send dozens of emails back and forth with other emails.

There's hella email warmup softwares - and I'm working on now that does it automatically.
3. You're not cleaning your emails.

So the emails you're sending to bounce, and then your domain gets blacklisted.

Your bounce rates should be below 5%.
4. The target audience you're sending to is not on their email.

For instance: plumbers, roofers, HVAC.

NEVER check their emails.

These are guys you cold call.

(Mostly everybody else is on their email)

Another niche I don't touch is lawyers
5. You're not testing a subject line.

You're sending the same shit over and over again.

TRY NEW SUBJECT LINES

Call tomorrow {{name}}?
Just read your LinkedIn post {{name}}
{{Their name}} + {{Your name}}
Hey {{name}}!!!

Literal infinite combinations

Fix them and you'll hit $10k/month with ease

THREAD
Here's the thing

Everyone wants to jump in and start an agency

From a top down view

"Learn a skill, pitch your skill, make money" sounds nice

To MAKE SURE you get results.

Then get clients.

It's an individually personalized compliment to the prospect.

Impossible to automate.

How I run sales calls

THREAD
1. Do you actually need what I'm offering?

I'm asking about your problems.

What's in the way from you growing?

Is it time? Strategy? Money?

I need to know.
2. Do you qualify?

Do you already have clients?

What do you charge them?

Do you have case studies?

Do you sell one specific thing to one specific person?

If any of these are no, I don't work with them.
