Lemme explain what Inflammation is before talking about the topic.

When the body's white blood cells detects an intruder/foreign body, it launches a biological response to get rid of it Image
The intruder could be a foreign body eg Allergens, an irritant, virus, bacteria, fungi & other microbes dar can cause infection

Atimes, the body MISTAKENLY perceives its own cells or tissues as harmful. This reaction can lead to autoimmune diseases, such as type 1 DM, Arthritis
5 key SIGNS of inflammation:

PAIN: This may occur continuously or only when a person touches the affected area.

REDNESS: This happens because of an increase in the blood supply to the capillaries in the area.

LOSS OF FUNCTION : There may be difficulty moving a joint, breathing Image
sensing smell, and so on.

SWELLING : A condition call edema can develop if FLUID builds up.

HEAT : Increased blood flow may leave the affected area warm to the touch.

- POOR HYGIENE & LIFESTYLE can create breeding spaces for viruses, fungi, bacteria that can cause SERIOUS infections.

Example : Hepatitis, Conjunctivitis (Apollo), Cellulitis, Gastroenteritis, Athlete's Foot, Head Lice, food poisoning, etc

- UNSAFE SEX can lead to contracting
Infections.

- POOR DIETING can contribute to one getting an inflammation especially when she/she rarely takes Food rich in Antioxidants such as FRUITS & VEGGIES.

- SEDENTARY LIFE STYLE could lead to Obesity, Diabetes mellitus & other chronic diseases.

- Eat Food rich in Antioxidants such as FRUITS & VEGGIES.
Antioxidants mops out FREE RADICALS to avoid/Minimize your tissues from getting damaged & reduce your chances of acquiring certain infections too.

- PRACTICE GOOD HYGIENE such as Washing your hands regularly
Take your Bath & Brush your teeth twice a day, Don't wear damp clothes, Wash your clothes, Towels, socks regularly.

- Practice proper Sanitization such as FUMIGATION to avoid Malaria parasites to breed around your home & always discard your waste to avoid Rats & Co around.

Cameroon was under Germany for 31 years.

In the WW1, France & Britain joined allies to defeat Germany.

After there defeat, all former Germany colonists were shared by France & Britain.
