Non-fungible tokens #NFT are super popular right now, gaining a lot of traction by using the #ETH blockchain. But did you know, that you can do NFTs now on Bitcoin Cash #BCH? Yes! It's really cool. BCH also has smart contracts [simple but powerful].
BCH has what is called a Simple Ledger Protocol (SLP). NFT support was built into it, called NFT1. By supporting NFTs in BCH/SLP, Bitcoin Cash is able to also do really awesome NFT collectibles/art/music just like with ETH except at a fraction of the cost! github.com/simpleledger/s…

At the end of February, it marked 6 years since the Lightning Network (LN) launched in 2015. For 6 years #Bitcoin#BTC onchain development was halted in favor of non-existent tech (at the time) for a second layer solution to scaling. Sadly, not much has changed over the years.
