It's over.

California's 55 electoral votes went for @JoeBiden. It's now 302-232.

The Electoral College has officially certified his victory, and @realDonaldTrump's defeat, though he has yet to concede.

Only state left is Hawaii, w/4 Biden electors.

Most GOP Texans in Congress -- whose oath, recall, is to uphold the Constitution, which says that presidents are elected via the Electoral College -- still refuse to say if they think @JoeBiden won. 1/x
