Absolutely true by @nitin_gadkari. The problem starts from the top. IAS people are those that got recruited in their 20s for passing some exams. They have no real experience of the world but for how to game the system and move or stall Govt files for profit.
Inexperience and lack of knowledge combines with a training of supremacy over common people and being “Mai baap.” They are also jealous of their friends in the private sector. So they don’t want private sector to rise. Overall IAS is a disaster for progress. @narendramodi
The same attitude percolates down. There is no accountability, no reward for performance, no fear o being kicked out. Only thing that counts is warming the seat.
This is simply myth-making. It is no steel frame. The frame is India’s traditions. The bureaucracy and judiciary eats it like termites, attacking and destroying them.
The idea that the colonial bureaucracy or the British united India comes from the same colonial myth-making that India was never a nation before the British.
The “upper caste” status of Sayeed, Sheikh, Quraishi etc among Indian Muslims comes straight from the Hadith where Mohammad claimed certain tribes as “chosen.”
The denial of education to “low-born” Muslims by fatwa of “high-born” Turkic-Islamic invaders. No Indian Muslim “caste” didn’t come from Hindus but by Islamic race supremacy.
Absolutely. I think there is a failure of the govt to pro-actively communicate and make sure exams are conducted in timely fashion. I'm hearing from a lot of students left high and dry. But that's different from "giving jobs."
Focus on building your skills, jobs are there. I'm looking to hire but hard to find candidates who are sincere, hard-working, willing to learn and have invested in useful skills.
I've even hired people from Twitter who were sincere and persistent. 😌
In India if a woman has consensual sex, but the relationship doesn't lead to marriage, she can claim "rape."
By this definition most women who are dating in the West without later marriage are being "raped." This is how numbers are inflated in India. (though still lower than US)
In this particular case, the woman had an extra-marital affair for 9 years! When husband found out, he divorced her. Then she asked her lover to marry him. When he refused, she claimed "rape." (Apparently she didn't know it was rape for 9 years). And the guy has been arrested!
Of course, men who lie about promises of marriage with no intention of following through are a**holes and should be held to account. But is it "rape" or breach of faith?
Christians and the West should take a thousand year moratorium on “saving” anyone. Whether via “Jesus” or “human rights.” Both are forms of imperialism.
In the "Buddhist" temples in Thailand, you can find Ganesha. Even Shiva-Parvati.
This has been part of a continuum of Hindu culture before the construction of "Buddhism" as a "revolt" against "Hinduism" by colonial scholarship. (and their academic progeny in India).
Taimur is an Islamic tyrant you made a mountain of Hindu skulls—common people, not warriors. His name still evokes terror in collective memory as Taimurlang. Saif is a "history buff" who specifically chose the name for the historical Taimur, per Kareena.
Saif's act reflects Islamic triumphalism, much like ISIS converted young Yezidi boys and used them to attack their own community. This fanaticism births Taimur from Saif's "conquest" of the native.
