The “upper caste” status of Sayeed, Sheikh, Quraishi etc among Indian Muslims comes straight from the Hadith where Mohammad claimed certain tribes as “chosen.”

@Sanjay_Dixit
The denial of education to “low-born” Muslims by fatwa of “high-born” Turkic-Islamic invaders. No Indian Muslim “caste” didn’t come from Hindus but by Islamic race supremacy.
Wow. You needed Ashraf certificate for admission into AMU. Original source?

Btw, the word “sharif” in Urdu comes from reference to the Ashraf caste.
Why does the “Minority Affairs Ministry” completely ignore the issue of quotas for Pasmanda Muslims in “minority institutions”? Is it because it is headed by Ashraf Muslims appointed by @narendramodi?

Help Pasmanda Muslims break from Ashraf dominance for “social justice.”
Good review of book on Ashraf Muslim dominance. But it still perpetuates the myth of "Brahamanical" origin of Indian Muslim "caste" rather than its Arab tribal/Islamic origin.

The ashraf, ajlaf and arzal don't intermarry.

researchgate.net/publication/30…
Why should they be part of "Scheduled Caste" reservation? Rather they should be part of government "minority" schemes with resources allocated to them proportionally.

Firstly this is a fake translation. “Black” and “non-Black” are racial classifications of modern times.

By that account Mohammad also traded 2 Black slaves for 1 non-Black slave. As a slave owner he valued Blacks lower? Actions speak louder than homilies.
Good thread on the kafa’ah rules of marriage in “egalitarian Islam.” Importance of “lineage” in marriage. This is the basis for high-caste Ashraf women not marrying low-caste pasmanda Muslim men.

These are the Sharia rules by which a Saudi Arab woman can’t marry the Hindi-Mussalman convert who is considered low and thus “non-kafa’ah.”

Quraish woman won’t marry a non-Quraish. (Quraish is higher due to blood supremacy of Mohammad’s tribe)

Actually this racial discrimination is legally enshrined in Saudi law based on Sharia. So, no.

One ignored fact is that institutions like AMU are discriminatory “upper caste” Muslim institutions.

They were set up only for the Ashraf caste, low-caste Muslims were excluded. Who will do a study of their current enrollment pattern?
“Egalitarian Islam” is a fantasy. There is nowhere in the world where Islamic society has ever been egalitarian.

Even today all these strutting converts to the Arab-supremacy religion can’t marry a Saudi Arab woman by Saudi law. They’re too low.

Birth-based supremacy comes directly from the Prophet’s command.

iium.edu.my/deed/hadith/mu…

Caliph can only be Quraysh.

People are subservient to Quraysh, (other Muslims subservient to Quraish Muslims) and other subservient to the disbelievers among them. (Sahih Muslim, Book 20)
Naturally. This follows from the Islamic racial hierarchy where the Quraish are on top, and then the Arab race in general, and then all others.

I’m not a “believer” so have no need to contort to justify wrong actions.

I evaluate based on what the sources actually say not on some imaginary “perfection.”

"Caste is perhaps even more prominent in Pakistan than in India."—Irfan Ahmad. “A Different Jihad: Dalit Muslims' Challenge to Ashraf Hegemony.” EPW, vol. 38:46

Those who push the "Brahminical caste" theory should explain why its stronger even where there are no Brahmins. 😏
Denial by the Ashraf is a predictable response as Irfan Ahmed says touted as a "conspiracy to divide the qaum/millat' and thus ensure Ashraf hegemony.

Syed Ahmed, founded of AMU, was at pains to point out the loyalty of the Ashraf class towards the British vs "low caste" Muslims
The apologist argument about slavery in Islam and by their prophet, is to claim that freeing a slave is a "good deed" in Islam. This is valid. But if Allah was really against it, why did he not make slavery haram in his "final religion" for all time?

The "dawa" meltdown sequence has started with lots of abusive trolls. 😏 Since they never learnt to question, any questioning throws them off.

Meanwhile, even the claim to freeing slaves is false.

Their prophet owned and traded slave and was not remiss to cancel the manumission of those who were freed. Can't let go of property so easily.

Graded Sahih.

Absolutely true by @nitin_gadkari. The problem starts from the top. IAS people are those that got recruited in their 20s for passing some exams. They have no real experience of the world but for how to game the system and move or stall Govt files for profit.
Inexperience and lack of knowledge combines with a training of supremacy over common people and being “Mai baap.” They are also jealous of their friends in the private sector. So they don’t want private sector to rise. Overall IAS is a disaster for progress. @narendramodi
The same attitude percolates down. There is no accountability, no reward for performance, no fear o being kicked out. Only thing that counts is warming the seat.

The system corrupts.

Is it the job of the prime minister to “give jobs”?

Who “gave jobs”? MM Singh “gave jobs”, other than NREGA ditch digging?

#modi_job_do represents a failed big state communist mindset.

The Govt needs to get out of the way of business which creates jobs. Why not focus on that?
Absolutely. I think there is a failure of the govt to pro-actively communicate and make sure exams are conducted in timely fashion. I'm hearing from a lot of students left high and dry. But that's different from "giving jobs."

Focus on building your skills, jobs are there. I'm looking to hire but hard to find candidates who are sincere, hard-working, willing to learn and have invested in useful skills.

I've even hired people from Twitter who were sincere and persistent. 😌

In India if a woman has consensual sex, but the relationship doesn't lead to marriage, she can claim "rape."

By this definition most women who are dating in the West without later marriage are being "raped." This is how numbers are inflated in India. (though still lower than US)
In this particular case, the woman had an extra-marital affair for 9 years! When husband found out, he divorced her. Then she asked her lover to marry him. When he refused, she claimed "rape." (Apparently she didn't know it was rape for 9 years). And the guy has been arrested!
Of course, men who lie about promises of marriage with no intention of following through are a**holes and should be held to account. But is it "rape" or breach of faith?

Christians and the West should take a thousand year moratorium on “saving” anyone. Whether via “Jesus” or “human rights.” Both are forms of imperialism.
Till the 20th century the West was putting people in human zoos.

They were hunting down aboriginal/tribal people after classifying them as non-human.

In the "Buddhist" temples in Thailand, you can find Ganesha. Even Shiva-Parvati.

This has been part of a continuum of Hindu culture before the construction of "Buddhism" as a "revolt" against "Hinduism" by colonial scholarship. (and their academic progeny in India).
Of course as @Koenraad_Elst points out, Buddha was every inch a Hindu claiming descent from Rama.

In the colonial construction, “Hinduism” became “caste system” and everything else became an imaginary revolt against this “caste system.” 🤣

indiafacts.org/the-buddha-was…
If you go to Thailand you’ll find “Buddhist” Brahmins presiding over the rituals and ceremonies.

India’s colonial neo-Buddhism is a farce, mainly based on hate and rejection.

In Israel it is illegal to name your child Hitler. Why would you name a child after a brutal mass murderer of your people?

In India, some celebrities named their child after mass-murderer Taimur.

It is disgusting this ignoramus doesn't have the sensitivity to call it out.
Taimur is an Islamic tyrant you made a mountain of Hindu skulls—common people, not warriors. His name still evokes terror in collective memory as Taimurlang. Saif is a "history buff" who specifically chose the name for the historical Taimur, per Kareena.

swarajyamag.com/culture/the-ri…
Saif's act reflects Islamic triumphalism, much like ISIS converted young Yezidi boys and used them to attack their own community. This fanaticism births Taimur from Saif's "conquest" of the native.
