This is interesting. What overlap is there between the followers of mainstream charities and grassroots orgs concerned with gender ideology?
The groups that minusplnp call "anti trans" follow the mainstream orgs, but the mainstream orgs don't follow back

Partly this is big orgs/small orgs social media managers/activists...
But partly it's a result of this kind of thing - external and internal policing against following "TERFS"
What is it that the organisations at the bottom have in common?

It is that they are trying to blow the whistle ⚠️on the safeguarding risks from sex denialism.

What do the groups on the other side have in common ? 💰and 🙉

They are not listening
So what's going on here?

Is the fact that orgs refuse to listen to safeguarding concerns a ,?sign that there are no risks and harms

Or a sign that the big orgs are not facing up to them because their staff don't want to be outcast and join the "unfollowed"

In the "Great Leap Forward" China's govt set impossible targets for agriculture & industry production.

There were disastrous outcomes for people, but officials kept reporting targets were being met.

If they kept repeating the propaganda they could keep their job & stay safe Image
I wonder if the judges in these judicial reviews coming to court are getting a feeling of this

...they are finding out that things in the countryside do not reflect the glowing official propaganda

And civil servants are perhaps not doing their job. Image
In the Keira Bell case the judges expressed "surprise" that the NHS's premier clinic transitioning children had so little evidence to support what they were doing Image

Penny Mordaunt in the House of Commons - the govt is content to accept the Lord's amendments - "mother" is legally accurate and in line with recent case for. The intention and meaning of the bill. The word "woman" would have run into legal difficulties 🤨parliamentlive.tv/Event/Index/02…
Crispin Blunt - Gender Identity Development Services under "well funded legal attack"

- does he mean the Keira Bell Case... well funded by women putting 30 quids in the hat.
A debate which came out of nowhere says Blunt.

Sitting behind the passion is the Heritage Foundation 🙄LGBAlliance, Donald Trump 🙄

Threats to women's sports "do not exist"

This is, in fact, a million miles from that.

If you counterprotest in the pathway of of an organised march you can expect to be moved on by police keeping the peace.

We want police to follow the rule of law.
One people who complained to my employer said that this video by FPFW which I had tweeted "reminded her of the Nazis" because of the colour scheme

And here is Omid carelessly slurring female academics as Nazis (he said he didn't mean it, it was just for bants and he hadn't actually read the article)

#MOMAbill Lord True - The government has listened carefully and has heard the strength of feeling - gender neutral drafting does not require a single approach.

"Mother" and "expectant mother" is legal and acceptable to the government

@LordPhilofBrum talking about the ability of women to talk clearly about sex where #sexmatters @SexMattersOrg !

Talking about what happened to @RosieBoycott was disgusting and the silence from her colleagues
Those who speak up for women's rights and clear language are criticised for transphobes it is #chilling

If you erase women from the language and law how is that inclusive?

There was an excellent meeting in the House of Lords in 2019 about child transition - You can read the talks by Richard Byng, Marcus Evans, Michael Laidlaw & Stephanie Davies Arai

The meeting was well attended by concerned doctors, researchers, activists.

Apart from Lord Moonie who hosted, only politicians were Baroness Tanni Grey-Thompson & David Davies MP

I sat next to James Caspian whose research on detransition was shut down

The Keira Bell case and GIDS CQC inspection has confirmed these concerns
