- Set water drinking reminder
- Drink fresh water
- Avoid ice water
- Drink mud pot stored water with herbal infusion ( Khus / Tulsi / Chia seeds) at start of day 1/n
- Drink Lemon juice daily at afternoon with a pinch of Himalayan salt
- Avoid spicy and deep fried foods
- Include more greens of all types
- Include more salads of Cucumber /raddish/ onion / tomato
- Include plantain pith and plantain flower
- Take oil bath with Gingelly oil atleast once a week
- Apply sandalwood paste over feet, forehead and palm to regulate your body temperature
- Meditate and practice yoga nidra
- Ladies can do henna frequently
- Kids can be made to wear more of cotton based loose clothing
- Enjoy throughly summer only fruits like watermelon, musk melon and palm fruits
