Firstly, Mitch McConnell ran as much time off the clock prior to confirming Merrick Garland as Attorney General. But now AG Garland is in his seat, and time has run out.

Now on to the House. @RepZoeLofgren has produced an interactive document showing House Members social media posts before, during and after the Insurrection. She is looking to hold them accountable via the 14th Amendment.
