There is so much to unpack in this ODNI intelligence community report into 2020 election interference and specifically an effort to smear Biden regarding Ukraine. Let’s take a look... 🧵👇🏻

Firstly, the findings of the IC are specific about the fact that no actor was able to change any votes from a technical perspective.
Simply put, the kraken is dead, Rudy better look under the pillows for $1.3b and a really, really good lawyer.
Secondly, Putin was behind this using proxy’s to spread disinformation about Biden in an effort to help his trump get re-elected. Unlike last time (you know, the hoax 😉) Russia didn’t try to access the election systems. They just used people. Which people?(📌1)
Third, Iran engaged in cyber activity meant to harm trump’s re-election chances as well as undermine confidence in the election process. Kind of like the Big Lie.
Fourth, China did not deploy interference efforts. They thought about it but decided they wanted a stable relationship. If anything, they wanted trump to lose too.
Fifth and finally, Hizbollah, Cuba and Venezuela took some steps to influence the election and were also motivated by financial gains.

Do you remember when John Ratcliffe was named DNI? You member...he himself said he was unqualified for the job, withdrew his name from nomination, went to a ballgame with trump where trump got booed and became DNI anyways?
Well, if that doesn’t jog your memory, he allowed this to be sent out 100 days prior to the election wherein it plays up the threats of China and Iran and downplays the threat of Russia....dni.gov/index.php/news…

📌1. The people involved in disseminating the disinformation are currently Senators! The memo from Evanina above doesn’t mention any names but the new ODNI report does. And those names are listed in a sanctions document that the trump treasury department put out.

📌1 continued...Kilimnik? We know his name too. He is from the 2016 Election interference. But what was his connection again? Something about data...oh right! He was connected to trump campaign manager and felon Paul Manafort!
So Kilimnik and Manafort got away with it in 2016 and guess whose back? Back again...I mean this is what happens when there are no consequences people spread disinformation. Disinfo like saying the Russians interference to help trump in 2016 was a hoax. Did they hoax again?
Nope. This is no hoax. This was the second presidential election in a row for the same candidate only this time the disinformation is coming from within our own Senate by our own elected officials. Our own homeland security chairman.
Remember I said Rudy needed a lawyer? Well, here is a press conference he did disparaging voting systems. The ODNI report states that no technical voting mechanism was breached.

I reviewed the @RepZoeLofgren document that outlines the 14th Amendment and shows 121 Members of Congress who shared social media posts about the election in the lead up to the Insurrection. The below is a deeper look by the numbers.
I have been following our government since trump descended the escalator and mentioned ‘rapists’ in his presidential candidacy launch speech. After watching hearings and reading transcripts for years, one begins to recognize certain issues and message pushing narratives.
One may get to a point where their unconscious bias may take over and I didn’t want to reach that point when I reviewed this @RepZoeLofgren 14th Amendment Document. I was sure I could name those who were on it and those I think need to be expelled, but I wanted to remove my bias.

Folks, there are certain Members of Congress doing things that are of true public service. @RepZoeLofgren is such a member. This is something that has flown under the radar, but is extremely important for our democracy. It has to do with the #14thAmendment. 🧵👇🏻
The 14th amendment is the one that basically says, if you engaged in insurrection, you can’t hold public office.

Prior to Insurrectionists entering the Senate chamber, there was a ‘rally’ at the Ellipse 📌1(put a pin in that). The rally had logos displaying My Pillow and Women For America First PAC.
This is a logical place to start if you’re wondering who paid for or who put this production together. We now know that the My Pillow guy is being sued for $1.3b for spreading lies about the election software used to count votes. Here is that lawsuit.
