@Hadithoftheday Qabeel was the son of Adam A.S and brother of Habeel.

@Hadithoftheday This story of two sons of Adam A.S is related in Surah Ma'idah.

And recite to them the story of Adam’s two sons in truth, when they presented an offering and it was accepted from one of them but was not accepted from the other.” (5:27)
@Hadithoftheday Lut A.S.

@Hadithoftheday Community of Lut A.S was destroyed by their land turning upside down and a rain of stones (sijjil) fell upon them.

@Hadithoftheday Protection of Allah Against Satan (Shaytan).
Allah says in Qur'an:
"So when you recite the Qur'an, seek refuge in Allah from Satan, the expelled [from His mercy]."
(Qur'an. An-Nahl 16: Verse 98)
@Hadithoftheday One should seek refuge with Allah from Satan. It is because that Satan is expelled from the mercy of Allah and is an enemy to humans as Allah says in Qur'an:
"Indeed, Satan is an enemy to you; so take him as an enemy." (Surah Fatir: 6).
@Hadithoftheday Satan aspires to avert one away from the straight path of Allah, so one should treat him as an enemy and protect himself/herself from him by obeying Allah and seeking refuge with Him.
