Mi'kmaw. He was born before confederation, in 1863. he does not fall under the Indian Act. Those Mi'kmaw Chiefs do not speak on his behalf. They have specifically said they want nothing to do with us. He is 4 generations from the French half-breed signatories who signed on the
behalf of the Mi'kmaw Nation. My uncles Mathew Mius and Francis Mius. My uncle signed the ratified 1725/26 Treaty. Darryl Leroux who has been recipient of your grants, has tried to say my uncle is not a part of the Mi'kmaw Nation.

This man and is his followers, took my disabled 11 yr old son's Jordan's Principle case and used their followers to spread around a case with misleading information in it, I allege that Canada made sure that the information in that CanLii file was incorrect and used me and my son
in their identity politics violence towards women and children. In that CanLii report which is published with my son's full name, medical history, racial and ethnicity identifying information which goes against CanLii's own privacy policy. Forgive me, if I somehow think we have
been chosen to be their targets. CanLii informs me, too bad that my son's information is being targeted in this way. Get a court order they tell me, So what is really being said, is in Canada if you can't afford a high priced lawyer, you do not have basic human or privacy rights.
