Joe Manchin knows his power and Krysten Simena is dangerous to democracy as well. She's played her hand and I think she realized that it isn't working for her.

@POTUS has something he can negotiate with. He's got a battery plant in GA that Republicans want kept open and want Joe to veto a International Trade ruling.
