Scurry said she doesn't know the meaning of abbreviation "AP" in the last line of the call notations where Squad 330 noted they were going to HCMC to check on the status of the AP [meaning George Floyd].

Video is being shown to jurors of police getting GF into the back seat, then the squad rocking back and forth as they appear to struggle with him.

State prosecution calls witness Alisha Oyler.

Defense now questioning witness Alisha Oyler who also recorded about 7 clips of cell phone video from across the street at Speedway.

Prosecution calls Donald Williams II to testify. Self describes as entrepreneur. Also has worked security for several years. He was a high school wrestler and trained in martial arts. Trained with police.
Williams was a vocal bystander at the GF incident.

Donald Williams arriving at Cup Foods as the incident played out (L). He was just running an errand at the time after a day of fishing.

Describes hearing commotion as he approached the store on Chicago Ave. He said contemplated leaving the area (before he turned the corner) while wondering what was happening as he approached.

Describes hearing #GeorgeFloyd saying he was sorry, he wanted his mom, let me up, etc.

Williams indicates that he thinks Chauvin purposely tried to kill George Floyd by "shimmy[ing[" his knee into a certain position for a kill choke.
Defense objected to the statement and Judge Cahill told the jury to disregard the statement.

Williams is pointing out movement's on Chauvin's foot that he described as "shimmy" movement to adjust his knee position on Floyd's neck.

Judge asks the jury to leave the courtroom and judge is instructing Donald Williams about his testimony and his implications (about his opinions about cause of Floyd's death). Telling him to avoid drawing conclusions about what he believes is the cause of death.

Judge Cahill is excusing the jury for the day and will call Donald Williams back on Tuesday to finish his testimony.
