7/ #reproethicsconf2021 We know there is an ordinarily high right of c-section in US compared to other countries, Black women are not listened to, WHO get’s to control this pregnancy? @DorothyERoberts bc of long standing ideas of sexism, ableism, racism.
8/ #reproethicsconf2021 how can the person carrying the fetus have less decision power than the person outside of that fetus? #reproductivejustice means listening to #women, think about clinical algorithms that code for VBAC differently dependent on race. Faulty studies, coding
