Rumble is a medium which is amplifying toxic disinformation and far right (and far left) propaganda.

Here is a short clip found on Rumble from Steve Bannon’s War Room.

This is incitement to violence indoctrination.

Viewed in isolation it’s easy to observe the nefarious intent.

The new “Big Lie” is being created. Institutions are being labelled corrupt. Government, law enforcement, courts, justices, armed forces, Health authorities, Education boards and schools, mainstream media. All presented as corrupt and working to eliminate the political right.

Worse, the above video demonstrates how incitement is done incrementally and stealthily.

First the ego is stroked. The left consider themselves critics, the right supports LEGITIMATE authority.

Then pivot to accuse the left of deep corruption and of weaponizing institutions.

Therefore the conclusion is for the right to reject the authority of corrupt (read led by the left) institutions. The conclusion is suggested, but not outright stated.

Then another pivot to call out the specific institution (intelligence and inquiry) and individuals associated.

This is how the influence of vulnerable citizens is done. Stroke their ego, tell them they are the superior and valued community. Present enemy as corrupt. Then suggest the “correct” or desired belief.

Followed up with identification of targets for disdain and disgust.

This method of manipulation works because vulnerable people viewing this video already accept these narrators as guardians of conservative truth.

If we look at the expectations of Q’Anon membership and evangelical faith, the central tenets are submission and obedience.

Critical thinking is removed and banned for accepted membership in these communities. Q’Anon uses WWG1WGA. (where we go one, we go all). That’s what it means. It’s a mantra used to create a hive mind, group think, the abandonment of critical thinking. Trust the narrator. Trust Q.

Evangelicals use the “inerrant” bible and the trusted interpretations of God’s commands by trained pastors and Christian leaders.

The ONLY road to salvation is surrender and obedience to God’s commands.

Weird how they also mean rejecting secular rule of law, huh?

That’s the process used to control the thoughts and behaviour of cult members.

It was used to create support for a “stolen” election.

Evidence to the contrary was irrelevant because critical thinking is absent. And those narrators are not trusted.

The tendency for respect for authority is used to create arbiters of truth, wisdom, guidance & faith. Leaders imbued with these qualities function as stand ins for a deity. They represent the truth. There is no dissent. Because that would break the vow of obedience.

All of the people who have seemingly changed personalities from rational to irrational, stable to unstable, loving to fuelled by hatred. That’s the mechanism controlling their thoughts and behaviour.

The mechanism has been studied by military, the social sciences & advertising.

That’s what Cambridge Analytica marketed to its customers. It’s parent SCL (Strategic Communication Laboratories) company having collected thought reform research for decades and perfected voter manipulation and influence through social messaging since the 1990’s.

This is known as micro targeting using psychographics.

The most vulnerable are targeted relentlessly with disinformation, propaganda and behavioural suggestions. But only after they’ve been primed to accept the narrative without question or critical thought.

Which is what the leaders of the Dominionist Christian movement have done for generations to unsuspecting devoutly faithful congregations. Like Grace Life church congregants and pastors.

But that community isn’t large enough to deliver electoral wins.

Additional vulnerable people are required to deliver right wing control over power. That’s Q’Anon.

Long have non religious conspiracy theorists existed within the human cohort. People who believe in UFOs, aliens among us, flat earth, multiple global conspiracies.

Those that have a tendency to explain phenomena using magical thinking. We all know a few.

That’s what Cambridge Analytica did in 2014-15. Collected the personal data from Facebook to discern the identities of the most vulnerable.

That data was shared with Russia & others.

It’s that data that delivered Trump’s electoral victory. And almost delivered his re-election, but for a few thousand votes. It’s that data that created a mob willing to storm the Capitol building.

It’s that data that is being used to create an army of supporters willing to create anarchy and overthrow the elected and appointed leaders of institutions.

Continuously reinforcing false beliefs about “patriotism,” “liberty,” “religious freedom,” “and constitutional rights.

It’s that data that is being weaponized once again to block any chance of rational discourse. Because we can’t even agree on the facts, never mind their interpretation.

These vulnerable victims have been radicalized to extremism and are currently being weaponized.

I’ve stated this for at least 3 years. The aim is social collapse. Anarchy. The absence of a central authority.

There are too many of us that understand what the role of institutions are in an established democracy. Our criticism and dissent can’t be eliminated democratically.

Not all of us are vulnerable to disinformation and propaganda. And we value our freedom and free agency too much to abandon critical thinking.

Our agency, and ability to dissent is guarded by democratic institutions. That’s the role of institutions. That’s why we NEED them.

So you have to ask yourself, why are both the far left libertarians (anarchists) and the far right Christians and conspiracy theorists aiming for anarchy?

Because that’s the only way to unseat democracy. Destroy the institutions that protect the people who vote for democracy.

This is being replicated globally.

I’m not a conspiracy theorist. I don’t believe in UFOs & an angry vengeful god, or hell. But I do want my children to inherit a strong social democracy so they can thrive & experience freedom of thought & explore their own agency.

I’m counting on the majority of citizens who also value freedom, democracy and actual truth to recognize what’s happening all around us.

Keeping truth at bay is the goal of those in pursuit of anarchy.

If you want the truth, you have to work for it. If you want democratic freedom, you’ve got to fight for truth to be widely distributed.

Stand up! And recognize democracy is under attack.

The far right is consolidating power. They are creating the new Big Lie to mobilize their supporters. We need to be aware and ready to push back.

So snap out of delusion. All is NOT well. Kenney is not under duress. But our democracy and our public health very much is.
