PPB is making announcements to people to allow vehicle traffic through on downtown streets. All streets are open. Pedestrians should use sidewalks and vehicles should not block intersections.
A large group has begun walking downtown and is breaking windows at local businesses.
PPB is announcing that the crowd gathered is an unlawful assembly due to repeated criminal conduct. People are directed to the west. People who commit crimes are subject to cite or arrest and the use of force including but not limited to tear gas and/or impact weapons
PPB is making targeted arrests.

There are about 50 individuals protesting in front of East Precinct. They have been told to not commit criminal activity to include arson, assault, or vandalism. They have also been told the streets are open to vehicular traffic.
East Precinct is a working police facility. Protesters have been told to not interfere with officer exiting or entering the building. Police have warned them that failure to adhere to these instructions could subject them to arrest and possible use of force.
Protesters have taken two dumpsters in the street near the police vehicle entry and exit doors. This incident has been declared an unlawful assembly.

Two separate marches have begun in Downtown Portland, both blocking traffic. The first began in Waterfront Park and crossed the Hawthorne Bridge and has been peaceful. Another started in Director Park and participants have been seen breaking windows. Officers responding now.
To the participants of the march involving, due to criminal activity in the group, this is a riot. Leave the area to the west. (continued)

A crowd of about 100 people have walked through Kenton and they are blocking traffic at N. Lombard/N. Denver. Find alternate routes. This is associated with advertised direct action.
These streets are major thoroughfares and need to remain open. PPB has announced to the crowd they need to allow traffic to move through.
Someone lit a fire behind the PPA office possibly in a garbage can. People are shooting fireworks toward the building. PPB has issued multiple announcements to open the roadway and stay off PPA property.

To the group: The street is open to vehicular traffic. Move out of the street and to the sidewalks. Failure to do so may subject you to arrest, citation, or the use of force including, but not limited to, crowd control munitions and/or impact weapons.
