THINKING ABOUT THINKING
Nigerians, a thoughtful thinking should involve asking questions, defining a problem, examining evidence, analyzing assumptions & biases, avoiding emotional reasoning, avoiding oversimplification, consider other interpretations, and tolerating ambiguity.

We are a delicately crafty people, when it comes to causal reasoning or the way we arrive at a conclusion. No matter how smart a Nigerian is, subconsciously, we've been trained to deliberately shunt metacognitive processes that will lead to solutions/answers we wont like or want.

Every problem statement is formulated to arrive at a predetermined answer. Call it politically metacognitive, culturally psychological binary. Every person must say what the majority wants to hear. If it is populist, it is popular. As it stands, ashawo self deserves 'autotomy.'

I did a video here saying no line will be blocked, even if these lines aren't linked to NIN. The part I didn't envisage is the buying and selling of already activated Benin Republic SIM cards that started flourishing in Lagos. I'm sure Isa Pantami and his hypers dont know this.

I've been more bothered about Pantami's mosaic thinking than the religious views he expressed before becoming Minister. Asking him to resign is still a capricious goat mentality. Nigerian CV Christians will tell you not to buy a Tesla, if it is found out Elon Musk is an atheist.

There are things to criticize Buhari for without adding lies to it, but lying is easier. Similarly, there may be tens of reasons bothering on performance that's sufficient to ask Pantami to excuse his position for. Thinking through this is difficult. Demonizing him is d easiest.

When we agitate, we are more interested in the politics than in the outcome. Where you stand is more important than what you are standing for.
We are poised to protest Buhari's medical tour to UK than we are willing to pay for medical insurance. The goal is the IRRATIONALITY.

You'll be a successful leader in Nigeria, if u can manage emotions. Fayemi is quite successful at this. When passion become enflamed, direct it at a religious/ethnic causal fallacy, 'non causa pro causa,' and you'd have short circuited the facultative capacity of a mass majority.

As soon as Isa Pantami resigns, all fears about his past religious views will disappear. The people who dug up the dirt would have achieved their aim.
When you are told you dont have brain in Nigeria, its more like how you use it, and how much of it is fallow and uncultivated.
